Helping decision makers find clarity and calm
With significant leadership experience, including as CEO of a renowned international organisation in The Hague, my career has focused on developing people. Clients who choose to work with me are often facing career transition, want to develop their roles or wish to get promoted positions within their organisations.
As a qualified Level 7 Executive and Senior Level Coach with the British School of Coaching (accredited by the ILM – pending) I have been trained and continuously supervised in the use of coaching and mentoring tools to help unlock clients’ thinking.
The BSC subscribes to the Association for Coaching and has a clear code of professional conduct. These accredited standards ensure a professional, purposeful and measurable return on investment.
My clients are usually either at a professional crossroads, working towards a big decision or seeking purpose and calm in their thinking.
Clients tell me that I build trust and form a warm rapport quickly and that outcomes provide both clarity of purpose and value for money.
Mentoring and appraisal support for Executive Education leadership is also an area of expertise.
My work with Kieran was invaluable in helping me to take forward my goals; Kieran’s experience, knowledge and insightful questioning helped me to both self-reflect and develop my practice, whilst opening up lots of ideas for me to explore and take forward with my line manager. I came out of the sessions more confident in both what I already know and what I need to do next; and have recommended his coaching skills to other colleagues aspiring towards career or personal development.
Adam Killeya – Head of Sixth Form at Churston Ferrers Grammar School
My coaching experience with Kieran has encouraged me to reflect on what I value, both personally and professionally, which has enabled me to consider my priorities; my next career steps and simultaneously improve my work-life balance. The sessions were a good balance of support and challenge and I always came away from each session with actions and questions to ponder over a little bit more, enabling me to make my own connections and move forward. Naturally I try to avoid talking about myself and therefore the trust that was developed from the support within and between sessions, was vital for me achieving my goals.
